Ordered as a guest?

Open your order-confirmation or shipping-confirmation email and select View your order. That link opens the secure status page for your purchase. Shopify may ask you to verify your identity.

What your tracking means

Order confirmed: your order has been received; it is not a dispatch confirmation.

Tracking added: shipment details are available. The first carrier scan may appear later.

In transit: follow the carrier link on your order-status page for available updates.

More than one parcel?

Items supplied by different AliExpress sellers can arrive separately. Check each shipment and tracking link attached to your order.

Can’t find your email or tracking?

Check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. Never share your account password. We can help locate the order and its available shipping information.
